Tasty contact info

Meat CardsFound this via Laughing Squid

This has got to be the tastiest business card in existence. Now, they’re not for sale yet & I personally doubt they will be, but I loved this quote from their website:

Screw die-cutting. Forget about foil, popups, or UV spot lamination. THESE business cards have two ingredients:
MEAT AND LASERS.

Unlike other business cards, MEAT CARDS will retain value after the econopocalypse. Hoard and barter your calorie-rich, life-sustaining cards.

College Humor explores commenting on the Intertubes

I cracked up when I saw this video over on macenstein. It has absolutely nothing to do with Macintosh, but it’s great.

Video has some foul language & is NSFW

Ryan & Veronica check out the new Tesla Model S

Thank you @ryanblock for giving me a car and gadget in one that I can drool over. This is finally coming down in price & getting closer to an ideal vehicle for me. Now I just need Tesla to make a small SUV that’s about the same size as the Honda CRV for under $25k :)

Well, I can dream ;)

Disney’s One Movie?

This video that @nallyo pointed out on Twitter really kinda freaked me out…

I’ve been watching Disney movies for years and I still enjoy many as an adult, but I’ve NEVER noticed these similarities. I think I slip into entertainment mode if I’m enjoying the flick and as a result, I’m much less discerning? Possibly? Anyway…very odd to see the movies interwoven like this…

Google’s data centers exposed

Google uncloaks once-secret server | Business Tech – CNET News.

Absolutely fascinating look into Google’s data centers, server hardware, and power infrastructure. It’s always nice to be able to read up on how other companies operate and get a peek behind the curtains.

I’ve always been fascinated with large scale data center build-out as I’ve only worked on smaller setups. Honestly, in the coming years the focus on power efficiency will be even more of a given than it is today.
