D-Link looks to have some interesting network-enabled cameras available. I am most interested in the top model that has wireless and wired support, the DCS-920. It purports to support both WPA and WPA2 and some useful access methods:
- SMTP Client
- FTP Client
- HTTP Server
I find it for ~$100 online and could be useful for monitoring of the kid 
or for security?
