NPR delivers possible blow to open media | Open Media Review
So, basically it seems they kicked out the CEO who was forward looking and who brought about delivery of programs via podcasting and mobile phone. I have to say that if I cease to get content via podcast, I will probably cut back my listening drastically. I miss many programs as I don’t sit with my ear glued to a radio (still somewhat of a dying medium in my opinion), so without podcasting I wouldn’t hear many shows on NPR (WUNC here). I hope this post is incorrect, but I could see this being the writing on the wall…
