Oh, hell yeah…
After a lot of waiting, ‘The State‘ is available in a digital form on iTunes.
I woke up in the middle of the night due to my ongoing sore throat and figured I would check on Ben. Once satisfied that he was okay, I thought I would see if the iTunes Store had been updated for today’s releases and boy has it. Getting ‘The State’ in a nice format is huge and I can’t wait to watch it after the eps finish downloading. It will probably be tomorrow as I am getting tired again, but I will post some more thoughts. I am looking forward to seeing if the reality matches up to my memories…

Wow, check this out. A stop motion movie maker for Marvel characters. This little sucker comes with an SD slot so you can save off your videos or show them on the TV. I doubt most children have the attention span for this, but damn, I wish I had one as a child…

It seems that the Mac Mini can run on the new 64 bit core 2 duo chips because it has a socketed CPU.
Interesting find. This is even more of an incentive to pick up a Mac Mini

DVDs will soon be tracked with embedded radio transmitter chips to prevent copying and piracy, according to the company which makes movie discs for Warner, Disney, Fox and other major studios.
What an idiotic idea. First off, it won’t stop anything. Ripping a DVD will still be a simple task. Playing a copied DVD will (from a consumer perspective), simply require a DVD player that doesn’t contain the RFID reader (such as an older player or one from a manufacturer that doesn’t buy in). Secondly, it just adds cost to a futile attempt to end piracy. I buy my DVDs, but I will be damned if someone tells me I don’t have the right to rip them and put them on my computer and iPod. I bought it, agreed to no license, and it is mine to do with as I wish as long as I don’t share it…

Wow, check this baby out. Very schway (Yes, that was a ‘Batman Beyond‘ colloquialism
) Normally, I am not a huge Xbox 360 fan, but this is a very interesting hack and the styling is quite slick. No idea how much he charged for the effort, but it was probably worth it…
Here Ben is taking a bath, well more playing pre-bath, but he’s ready just the same. I have ensured his modesty is protected…
Bonus points if you can name this movie:
Cop: Was the child wearing anything?
NA: Nobody sleeps naked in this house!
Cop: What was he wearing?
NA: A dinnerjacket. What do you think? His damn jammies! He was wearing his jammies. Happy?
Cop: What did the pajamas look like?
NA: l don’t know. They were jammies! They had Yodas and shit on ‘em.
