This week, ‘Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story’, comes out. This looks hilarious and if you are a fan of the series, it is probably worth picking up. If you’re curious about the title of the post, just check out Family Guy Quotes.

I love this story: IGN: World of Warcraft Gets Plagued. As it turns out a plague was set loose in World of Warcraft. Blizzard now has it under control, but I still find it quite funny that it happened at all
It has been a pretty sucky day all in all. I didn’t get enough sleep and work was a tad on the stressful side. I am relaxing at home, playing some WoW and listening to music, but I still feel stressed. Wish I had my copy of Battlestar Galactica from amazon.com, but it still hasn’t shipped…bastards and their free shipping
Another Ctrl+Alt+Del comic caught my eye this morning. I haven’t found a use for the “Dressing Room” feature in WoW yet, but I’m sure others have, but I did enjoy finding out that Blizzard’s headquarters is built on a mountain comprised of money and human souls
I have to say, after watching ‘How I Met Your Mother’, I realize how TV needs more of Mr. Doogie Howser, M.D. I just added Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle to my Amazon Wishlist because Neil Patrick Harris is so damn funny in that flick considering how they play on the Doogie Howser persona
Remember…
The Doogie line always works on strippers.
I just got done watching the TiVoed ‘How I Met Your Mother‘ on CBS. I wasn’t expecting much at all, but it really is a very funny show. Neil Patrick Harris is pretty funny and it has the beautiful Alyson Hannigan, who incidentally is discussing in the pilot episode how much she likes being spanked in bed
Not a bad combination and the supporting cast is decent. Mondays, 8:30PM.
I REALLY do want a new iPod. It isn’t like my 3G 20GB isn’t good any more. It is, but the battery is starting to slip a bit. No, it is that damnably cool color screen and the album art. I love album art. I have recently completed my crusade to have art for pretty much every album in my iTunes library and I use the iTunes screensaver as well on my PowerBook. I could have waited a while if they hadn’t come out with the nano, but that little sucker is so cool
I am spending time see how I could organize my playlists to be happy with 4GB instead of 20GB. I have always preferred having the majority of my library with me, but now the library is growing to the point that I would need a 60GB and I have my PowerBook which has all the music anyway.
Oh well, maybe I can pick one up in the coming weeks…spousal agreement assumed
On a liter subject, check out this latest comic from Penny Arcade. For some reason, this was just really funny to me.
UPDATE:
Hmmm…the link structure has changed at Penny Arcade & the comic that seemed to come from that day just doesn’t seem as funny anymore…Check anything else out there & it will probably make you smile unless you hate fun…
I just watched a piece on Dateline (NBC) about the animal relief efforts in the Gulf Coast. I know the emphasis is on the human tragedy, but there are many people who have been forced to leave their pets behind. If you are capable, I would suggest donations to the Red Cross, American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), or Best Friends Animal Society.
I have included the clip from Dateline below. Make sure to check out their website for more information…
UPDATE: Video has been taken down…
So, I have been playing around with iTunes 5 since the day it was released. I really like the new UI. It looks cleaner to me, but it also allows more screen real-estate to be taken up by data rather than the windows border. As far as the new features go, I like the improved search functionality, but it isn’t anything amazing nor revolutionary. The parental controls currently mean nothing to me; maybe at some point in the future I might care
What I really like is the playlist folders. I have been sorting out my artist, genre, and yearly best of playlists into dedicated folders to shrink the playlist section. Now, I can also group Heather’s playlists together. This is a nice feature and one I have been waiting on. Hopefully, it will also be worked into iPhoto as well.
